It means that the Traffic exchange you've requested hasn't been sponsored by anyone yet. Once someone decides to sponsor that exchange it will be linked directly to the website. You can still get to the website by typing the url in your browsers web address bar.
At the bottom of the page is a link that will allow you to "Suggest A Traffic Exchange". It'll take you to a suggestion page where you can submit your comment.
If an exchange disappears or can't be found for 30 days it will be removed from the database and listed as a "defunct" exchange. (An exception to this is if the site owner verifies that they will be back online within a specific time frame. If that occurs we will "hold" the site details until it comes back online.)
No. However, if the exchange you sponsor disappears or is removed within 60 days of sponsorship you may request to sponsor a different (available or suggested) exchange.
No. Each exchange is only represented in the portal once. The first person to claim sponsorship of that exchanges keeps it. Each suggested exchange is manually checked before approval to make sure it is not a duplicate link. However, other advertising options may be availiable in the future.
